Our Story

"Ittakes a strong man to accept somebody else’s children and step up to the plate another man left on the table” When I was 12 years old such a man came into my life, stepped up to the plate and became my Dad. Things were rocky in the beginning but after a while a beautiful father/daughter relationship bloomed from those rocks. Although there was no blood between us, we were alike in so many ways; if you didn’t know us you wouldn’t know any different. He never referred to me as his stepdaughter. I was always his daughter and he never introduced me or my sister as anybody different, we were his daughters. He loved everyone as his own. My niece and nephew were his grandchildren. When my niece was a baby, she started calling him Bubba. From that point on he would always be Bubba to all of us. He was so proud of his name and wore it well. My family lost our beloved Bubba on June 27, 2012 after a brave fight to cancer.

So Beads4Bubba was born in dedication to my Dad. He was a very kind and generous man who was strong in faith, had a love for music, baseball, and family. He loved corny jokes and could be a bit quirky at times. I make each piece in dedication of his qualities and with a touch of the woman he helped my mom raise. I honestly believe if everyone loved, was as Kind, and had the same sense of humor as my Dad, the world would Know Peace.

Giving Back

We also love to do charity events, at these events we will donate 10% of what is sold to the organization the charity is for.

Our Pieces

Each Beads4Bubba piece will either be a mix of semi-precious stones, glass/seed beads, silver, silver plated, aluminum and other great things I come across. With each piece being handmade it may take up to 7-10 days for delivery to you. Also being handmade and the nature of the product it may vary slightly from the picture shown. Every piece is one of a kind and can be reproduced but not duplicated. Each one has its own style and personality, just like us.
